I need some hagen daas & a doctor, a NORMAL DOCTOR

How do I repair myself? Need to go out tonight & I feel mega mega rough

Didn't even go out untill 9.45 last night Spent over £30 It was £1.20 a pint

its the alcohol oxidising in your liver, this produces a by product that makes you feel shit and the best thing you can do is have another drink,

usefull stuff i learn at uni.

was my gf's 21st party last night. I wasnt too bad but she was absolutly hammered. Got up this morning and she thought she was OK, had a Maccy D's breakie and all was still good. Then as she was going with her dad to pick her car up she was sick all over the back of his chair and down his back

get some semi-skimmed milk, belnd a banana in it add dolop of honey, dolop of ice cream, paracetomol.

then eay some scrmbled eggs, with chees on on wholemeal toast.

and plenty of water, but something like an iso-tonic sports drink works well as it replaces all the salts ect that you are lacking.

you can also buy hang over cures from boots calls resolve i think.

My Cure:

1. Class of water (pint of)
2. Have something to eat (Bacon sarnie or something along those lines)
3. Cup of tea
4. Take a really long piss
5. Take a shower
6. Alcoplop
7. Due to messy alcoplop another shower may be required.

That usually works for me Also I drink a few pints of water before I go to bed. This aids point 4.

domperidone (sp) anti sickness drug that can be brought over the counter. also suposedly works for hangovers according to my tutor. i havent tried it though.
Most useful thing ive learnt on my pharmacy course so far
