Can anyone help me with this, Got a letter from my insurance company (express insurance) this morning about Renewal.
First odd thing is that the outer part of the letter is dulled (like its got light black ink on it) and i'm sure they would not post a letter to a customer that doesnt look tidy.
it read:
"Save upto 30% on renewal by calling me on **** *** ****.
Your policy details qualify you for out VIP Renewal service, which will entitle you to save upto 30%* off your renewal. *based on 450 renewal customers in 2005.
Express really values your insurance business, so i am writing to a small number of special customers to notify them of the greatly improved rates we've managed to negotiate over the past 12 months, in particular for drivers like you with a Vauxhall Corsa.
Confirm your details by calling me NOW on my Dedicated freephone number **** *** ****."
If they had good offers for corsa drivers then why dont they advertise on here? does what i've typed look dodgy?
My policy ends on march 8th and they got all my details correct on the form but why do I need to call THEM? I could be anyone who found the letter and if they had my details to type the letter then they'd have them on their system already??

Or, check the number on the website, or phone the number you know is legit and ask them if they sent it?
