If it wasn't your fault why are you paying for repairs?

My brother had an interesting "incident" a few months ago......that involved a brand-new Bentley driver trying to undercut a long line of queued traffic, in the wrong lane, and trying to cut in front of my brother, who refused to let him in (since my brother had right of way and would have had to drive into oncoming traffic to let him in), so the Bentley driver scraped down the side of my brother's car then slammed straight into the back of a double-decker bus.
Bentley driver got out, shouting about the obvious bad driving of my brother (despite the fact he's just undercut traffic in a "turning left" lane and then proceeded to go straight on and try and ram my brother out of the way......that was until my brother (6'4" and 19 stone, rugby scrum-half) and the bus-driver (6'2" and about 20 stone, HUGE build) got out of their vehicles......this little 5'6" scrawny Bentley driver went surprisingly quiet, and admitted fault!
