Wrong. Don't cut out fatty foods completely. Your body needs some fatty foods/lipids for it to function correctly. Just don't eat as much of it. Easier said than done in todays food market/society, but it's all about getting yourself into a routine. If you want any technical info give me a shout as am into nutrition, bodybuilding, fitness, etc. Don't mind sharing the wealth.

When i have a fat month and want to loose weight and exercise,
I eat as normal, 3 meals a drink, have no snacks whatsoever and drink heaps of water. That way i dont feel as though im on a diet and i feel better.

If i cut all carbs out etc then i crave for them all the time!

what you like at the moment, skinny already ect, depends on what your motobalism is like.

plus it might be hard to actually put on weight which isnt just fat if your not planning on adopting a decent excersise routine.

put simply you need to be taking in more caleries than you are burning off, you need carbs, proteins and fats really.

but like i said if you up what your eating a lot without any excersise the extra caleries will just be stored as fat rather than you actually getting bigger. well you will get bigger obviously but not in the way you want.

Agree with the can of Tuna a day. That's what I do. No need to eat Pasta (carbs) unless you're training. If you want to build yourself up a bit, I presume strength wise then do stuff like strict press-ups if you're not the gym type. Eat plenty of protein (not too much as excess is stored as fat. Sould be 1g protein a day to every Lb of your own bodyweight if you are wanting to build muscle and strength), carbs (if you're working out alot, for energy) and amino acids (body uses them to build muscle from the protein you take in, basically act as a bricky on a building site... protein being the bricks, muscles being the building site, carbs being the builders' food).
Drink plenty of water, stay away from sweets, crisps, sodas, butter, fast food. Basically crap. Stick to fruit, veg, fish, eggs, cheese (in moderation), pasta, meat (lean and not too red), etc.

Bacon and Sausages are basically shoot for you mate. Bacon is too fatty. Need fat but not that type of fat. Too saturated. Sausages are also fatty as well as being made from all kinds of shoot. Unless you get them from a good butchers.

All fish is great for you. A can of it will work wonders for you mate. Feel stronger (protein fro muscles), more supple (joints) and so much more healthier (no cholesterol). Also, the natural oils in the fish will help with your complexion.
Either Tuna, Salmon, Pilchards, Sardines, Mackerel, etc. Although as said above... Tuna is by far the best of the lot. Also the cheapest to buy more or less. No need to buy the expensive stuff. The no-frills stuff is exactly the same. Also... try to stay away from Tuna in Sunflower Oil. Brine isn't TOO bad. But best to go for it in mineral/spring/normal water.

Here's a fact for you. Fish is around 70% Protein. Red Meats are only 40% Protein. But ehre's the shocker... Eggs are 100% Protein.

Two raw eggs in the morning works wonders. Especially if mixed with a DECENT (not many decent ones out there) Protein powder and Amino powder. You can also eat the eggs boiled if you don't like them raw. But best way is to poach them. I actually retail and sell food supplements such as Proteins, Amino Acids, Carbs, etc. The best of the best in my opinion and use the stuff everyday. Have done for ages. As am into my bodybuilding. Allsports stuff.
Most Protein supplements for instance are anywhere between 20% and 50% Protein content (also likely to be Whey Protein - SHOOT), and also contain quite a bit of fat and carbs which are unecessary in order to bulk their product out. The stuff I use and sell is called DP90. (Daily Protein 90%), Being 90% Protein with just enough carbs and next to no fat at all. If you want advice on supplements, training or diet just ask away mate.
I use Amino acids after every gym workout. And have Protein 3times a day. As well as use L-Ornithine and L-Arginine. Also get a good multivitamin/multimineral. The stuff in normal shops is shoot in comparison to the stuff I get and it's more expensive. No need to be.
