Crap, pants, arse and bollox! i feel the corsa is on its last legs, and for once i really dont know what is up with it! had a slight misfire every now and then, bit its got progressivly worse (sometimes its there, some times not!) put my foot down today, it went, but not as well as it should, then pop pop bang, no power, then pop back to life.. also have a mystery coolant leak, i think its going with the oil still, which can only mean the heads warped  not cheap tis a blydenstien head! and theres a fooking massive hole in the 'quality' powerflow exhaust! ah well!
ordered some steel rods the other week, so i think i may order some 88mm pistons with some huge pockets, 1mm oversize valves, really really lairy cams, solid lifters etc etc, oh and get my spare head ported and polished too, along with a new exhaust system.. should be fun

mine did similar to yours, turned out it was the alternator.... management needs 12v to run properly, it wasnt getting it so went funny......
