I'll try to keep this as short as possible and still get everything across.
Ordered a collection from parcel2go back in november.
They never came to collect the parcel.
Day after I phoned up, was told that there had been a problem in the system and the order had never reached parcel2go.
Money however was taken out on the day the were supposed to pick up the parcel.
I was informed that refunds couldn't be done over the phone and i'd have to email.
Emailed and forgot all about it for a bit.
When I remembered nothing had been done at about new year I phoned again.
After explaining the whole situation they tried to take my order over a month late then I had to tell them I wanted a refund not the order taken again. Would be done by end of the day I was told.
Left it a few days, no refund.
Sent another email and phoned again.
Repeat of last phonecall.
Emails replied to saying it will be done bla bla bla.
Repeated the phonecalls and emails until now.
Exactly the same every time.
Right now for anybody who has bothered to read this do you know where I stand?
Is there anything I can say to them for them to actually do it.
Its only 11 quid but its the hassle they've caused me i'm annoyed about.

Isn't Parcel2Go really DHL (or what was formerly Securicor)?
