its welded.with a solenoi,but its off a 93 car,i bought it and it wasnt perfect,the filler has sorta sunk so just needs going over again,its smoke grey with gsi spoiler in good nic,bougt it and left it in the back yard since,coupla rust dots but like i say,not perfect but nowt major ,need rid what u think its worth? ?
