Because PayPal is not linked to Brazilian banks, therefore I can not withdraw money from the PayPal account or deposit a USA checks in Brazilian banks.
I wish i could, i would sell much more.

They cannot bann a payment method.
It's an agreement between the seller and the buyer.

not recommended by eBay is not banned.
PayPal is an eBay company, do you think they will tell you that western union or any other type of payment is better than PayPal?

as i told you on my 2nd post:

these look v good real interested in the 5 door jewel taillights but i cant use e bay lol dont have a profile or a credit/debit card etc

You do not need credit/debit card to open a buyer account at ebay or to send the payment via western union, you can go to any western union agent location and pay in cash.
