regarding my membership pack
dunno if i was rude enough really

Hi,
Without being rude.... I'm still waiting for my membership pack.
Please do not fob me off saying that you don't have my details, as I've sent them twice, and you manage to send HPm, so my details are on your system somewhere.
Personally, I cannot understand why it takes so long to put a keyring and membership card and/or sticker in an envelope and send it to;

As I'm sure I could manage the task, which obviously is comparable to getting a degree in advanced physics, in around 30 seconds.
It would be much appreciated if, after seven months, you finally managed to get your act together and send it, seeing I have paid 30 pounds, I think the gesture should be returned in the form of a first class stamp, and an envelope filled with the stuff which I should have received within 30 days of joining the club.
I hope we can rectify this small situation without me having to seek further advise about the situation.

Membership is only really worth it if you have your card to get discount....
seems to me your membership has been de-valued somewhat then

you get the card, which is useable for discounts, as already mentioned, a little sticker, so people knoe how special you are, and a key ring
also, a monthly magazine, which is a bit crap
i only joined so i could show my car on a stand at PVS last year, and they sorted out my ticket very quickly, considering i only joined 2 days before the show, it arrived on my doorstep the day after i joined
but still...

Im a pretty active member for my region, have some nice meets.
I like it because its not simply just corsas
Its where i made a lot of friends with hower power LET's, discount of upto 20% at vauxhall as well, i get 15% off parts from my local one.
It depends really as i used to make the £30 up a year with parts when i had the gold beast!
Now being a member of here, vxlscc, and cliosport i spend what £47.50 a year on fees which for all the fun i have and stuff i learn i dont see being too bad really!

yeah, i agree Brad, i enjoy being a member, as we have quite a few events which are good, but the fact that its taken them since June the 2nd and they still havent sorted my pack is beyond a joke now

there not too bad in all fairness
billing for me is the best show of the year, and i miss the whole vaux scene already
vxlscc is a nice atmosphere
