I just got a phonecall at work from someone who got a phone from our shop saturday, it comes with £10 free credit, we gave her a voucher printout to add to her phone to get the £10 credit.
Her bag got stolen, she rang up asking for us to give her another £10 voucher for free
Its like going to the bank, getting £20 out, getting mugged down the street going back into the bank and saying, err, i want my money back cos i lost it
She was REALLY aggressive and rude. But oh how i laughed

Thank you!
Someone agrees! The "reason" behind the trouble "drugs/bad up brigning/ abused" etc etc is all well and good, but that doesnt mean they shouldnt be punished!
At the end of the day if a human being makes a descision they should be responsible for their actions

People take the piss. Had someone the other day who had dropped their phone in the sink and wanted a new one under warranty. I pointed out that I wouldn't leave my tele out in the rain and then try and claim a new one. She didn't like that very much
