went to start my car this moring and its sounds as if its not sparking, battery has gone dead now so just waiting for him to come out. ps can they reset the ecu and if i ask him to rest it would i be able to put my air filter on.

Its probally the uber cold wether has killed the battery, common this time of the year.

on a different note just rang vauxhall to see if i need my ecu reset for put my airfilter on(which i ve been told to do) and they havent got a clue about stuff like that

your ecu is self learning resetting it is pointless.
