if they are the normal vauxhall ones keep them, Which is what i think your on about. If its some of them stuck on sheets of plastic ones, i wouldn't bother. imo.

Yer its because my car in in bodyshop getting full respray and i need new front and rear bumpers, i got a brand new front one and a second hand rear one with MUDFLAPS so didnt know whether to keep or not.
