Someone has used the buy it now on my phone.....great!!! BUT

She registered today and has 0 feedback and hasnt paid yet (been just over an hour)

How do i request full contact details of the person?
Can i get both the e-bay fee and listing fee back?

No but think about it. She has given a wrong telephone number, a dodgy e-mail address and she registered today and has no feedback. Its obviously a little fucker who has just bid and is obviously not going to pay :@

how do you know its a dodgy email a wrong phone numer. its been an hour ffs. chill out, wiat a day or so.

then contact if none, then relist and claim fees back

Should have put instant payment required on the listing and made your listing so that only people with 5+ feedback could buy.

you get the lising fee ect credited back if you report a none paying bidder so you wont be out of pocket.
