I got a 1.4 8v and dbilas tb's and get about 200 miles on a tank, which is about £35
the inlet allows more air into the engine therefore more fuel goes in to compensate, thus the car uses more fuel

1.6. with mantzel and exhaust manifold, de-cat pipe.
I'm managing around 320 miles to a full tank.
Still not bad, was on about 350 standard.

i get 70-80 with throttle bodies and 165ish bhp.
oh, and anyone running inlet mods will see a big improvement in fuel economy if they get their ecu mapped

really
please explain how you come to that conclusion.
1. de-cats do not affect fuel consumption.
2. they defiantely do not cause valves to burn
