On my 1.6 Sport it has Spax RSX coil overs on the front with 17's and a PSG Wide arch kit, the coilovers are on there highest point up the thread and its still lower than your gans nipples!!! i've already damaged my front bumper that is on my car and recived a replacement one to be fitted but i don't wanna get it fitted untill i sort the front suspention out, can any one recommend any coil overs and reasonable prices (contact info too would be great)
i can hardly go anywhere without hearing that horrible noise that makes you cringe!!!
Please help?????

U really need 18s on that kit, 19s would look even better.
I have a spax 40mm lowering kit, if u fancy a swop as id love 2 go lower

I have 17's, 35mm drop on cossvaux springs cos 40mm was too much esp. with LET engine, but its way too low, even more so now I've got the F28 in there.

Well no. The people who you want help from are the people who reply in HZ. Also, if people would post these sorts of questions in HZ then people would get into the habbit of helping you out more.
