1.2 8v. Was just over £1900 paying £157 per month

Renewal is just over £900 paying £80 per month. Thought it was a very good price but i won't be renewing

fucking hell £1900! mind you I did pay £1600 on my 1st year.

£900 isn't too bad considering it was £1900.

Howcome you pay monthly? I prefer to get it out the way and pay it all off there and then

i only work part time getting about 300-400 a month so couldnt really afford to pay it all at once, which i would have prefered to do. Still a nice little discount.

I dont have £1000+ handy so I save up for my insurance over the year so I can pay it one go Not much of an issue anymore though as its down to £350 now

I got a quote from elephant for a gsi which was about 1450, which i didnt think was too bad. Will ring up my current insurer and see what they say.

I always told myself once I got my insurance under the £1000 mark I would never go back over that to insure any car as thats silly money!

My 26yr old mate has 9 points and 0ncd although he's been driving for 8 yrs he can't get anything decent under a grand off anyone

I don't get the bus, I get the train (to work)

i pay monthly because if you have to change halfway through for some reason you can cancel the direct debit rather than piss about trying to get your money back of the insurers.
