Howdy,
To complete the computer i'm going to build I need a PSU. I've worked out that I need around 400w (350 is about the minimum)

I don't want to spend much more than about £60

Are there any names I should be looking for/avoiding?

Thanks

Enermax is a good make. I use to them to build our CAD workstations at work.

hey claire, i just bought myself this PSU from OCZ.
I bought the second one down on the list (550w), but they do a slightly lower wattage/cheaper one than that.

The main reason i recomend it is because its a quality, solid power supply, its ATX 2.0 compliant, and all the power leads are seperate (Except the standard motherboard connectors) which means any leads you dont need you can leave unplugged, only using the leads you need.

It makes the inside of the case much more tidier not having loads of wires everywhere.
If you've got a new gfx card too, it also has the new 6 pin grahpics card connector too.
