right was approaching roundabout, mines the blue car, then this fkin woman in the green car undertakes me (its a one lane road!) which means her driving over the grass verge at the side, on the way past hits my rear light, pulls up besides me, shakes her head at me then pulls round infront! i cant fkin believe it! car is scratched (nto too badly like) but cant believe what she did then her blaming me! wtf??!!

she took first exit, i took second, i have her reg plate like, i was in so much shock i couldnt do anything, could see the blokes in van behind me were the same! unbelievable

problem is gettin witnesses....its quite a fast moving roundabout and not really possible to stop or pull over anywhere as its just off the A1 and traffic is startin to pick up

As long as you have the reg go and report it, as she could file a report against you even though you have done nothing wrong.

She could say you hit her car, it sounds stupid but some one hit a mate of mines car then reported to the police that he hit them luckily he had a witness and got off it and she was done for wasting the polices time.

So it worth reporting so they have your side of the story first.

well you have damage to your car, surely if police became invloved they could check her car also s it would most likely have paint from your car on.

no cams cca unfortunantly! the van that was behind me that saw everything works for a company on an industrial estate near my house....could go there for a witness i suppose
