been really busy over xmas so this car has taken much longer than i expected it to take, getting there now i can c the end!!! at one point it was really getting me down, every job i did on it look 5times longer than it should!
not got many progress pics sorry but just took few pics now,
rear bumper with number plate light smoothed out and also bump strips cut off, filled with many peices of metal then skimmed over with fibreglass and filler!

front bumper, had cracks in it when i got it, mended them and then also removed bumper strips same as front bumper this took ages, i totally hate this front bumper, lad who modified it before me done such a bad job off it all totally done with filler inclluding fitting the lights with filler!!! SHOCKING!!!

passenger side door de locked with metal welded in and also ridge down the side been filled in

bonnet badboyed

boot smoothed with metal and skimmed again

the car ready for primer, also with ridges down the side smoothed over and all rust removed, was not much fun maskig up a convertable.......lol

got perminant air line now in the spray room with 2 compressors feeding it so never run out of air, also now got air filter and regulator

just done quick coat of primer on the whole car bout half hour ago, just letting it dry then off to do another coat!!!

well i persuaded matt the owner off the origional colour he wanted............kawasiki(sorry spelt wrong) green with flakes in!! so its going arden blue( the mk4 astra gsi colour) but he still wants flakes in it but just a few! tried so hard to persuade him not to have them.......hehe
not sure the front bumper will suit but we will c! part from that it should look nice!!
not had chance to touch the corsa, have just been buying few bits for it, got rear lights, fog light, buttons for mirrors, new front seats, and leather for the re trim, i had descided on a colour but then last night i went and bought 3 liters of flip paint but dont really have a car to use it with!! was a nice price tho!!
trying not to take on any work for the min cos i need to sort my car situation out, got to many car that need work doing, had lad come round to look at taking the vx220 off my hands as it is, dont want to do it but will help me out financially and take a work load of my back!!!
