Im currently using my laptop. I need to copy a screenshot form Microsoft Access 2003 to Word 2003 but do not know how to.

I have a 'Prnt Scrn' button but i cant get it to copy it, is there something im not doing. i just press it and then go to my other application and do it agian but nothing

any help thatnks

when you press Print Screen you save a copy of the image into memory.

You then have to 'Paste' it into whatever application you want it in. Press Control and V, this will dump the image into Word.

So, Print Screen in Access, then go to Word and press Control V

thats the thing it wont do that, everytime i do print screen then control v nothing happens. it wont do anything

sorry, from your first post it sounded like you were pressing Print Screen again.

It should work.

on a laptop you probably have to press another botton at the same time.... shift maybe?

Sounds like you presseing print screen TWICE??

Print Screen = copy
Open word, go to Edit>paste

Does the laptop have an Fn key? Try Fn + the key with Print Screen on it.
