We have had the most stupid people calling in today.. i have been out
twice to people that cant log on because the PC WAS TURNED OFF
!?!?!?!??! WTF

these people are doctors and nurses FFS

Steve we have this also at our hospital!!

I've driven out 30 miles to another site, to then walk into their office and switch the PC on at the plug

Nope, it has actually changed itself. I think it's reset the password because I haven't logged into the Uni network for about a month now so the password expired. I haven't forgotten it either. I hate it when IT support monkeys say that you have forgotten your password when you haven't.
