also the ones when you fall and just before ya face hits the floor you wake up.

No it doesnt give u night mares, yoghurt gives u night mares, but most dairy products will stimulate ur brian so you do have dreams. whether they are good or bad is another issue, cheese shud just make u dream

One of my x's cousins got married and they eat cheese before they went to sleep on their honeymoon.

In the middle of the night the wife heard a massive thumping sound and woke up to see her husband sitting up in bed staring at her. Apparantly he was having a bad dream, woke up and thought his wife who was next to him in bed was dead, and cracked her one on the nose. Needless to say it broke with blood everywhere and spent the morning in casualty

I have weird dreams without eating cheese

Always dream im falling, swimming etc and wake up to find myself trying to swim/walk in bed

Yes cheese gives you nightmares! I always eat stilton cheese before bed, gives you some scary weird dreams
