180bhp in a small car is fun. Throw in traction control and a few other gadgets and you've got a good all rounder which represents good value for money.

http://www.seatcupra.net check it out.

Mine isn't an R but its still alot of fun, glad I chose it.

I was on that website Nath.

What are the stats for yours? Parkers says 7.6 to 60 but im not convinced they are that slow.

It also say 7.0 to 60 for the R

I'm not sure tbh James, but 7.6 doesn't sound as quick as it feels when driving. When in the right gear at the correct RPM it really REALLY feels quick. Mine is around 156bhp (standard), but i've got an induction kit in the garage waiting to be fitted so it will be higher soon.

Cheers Nick

I quite fancy a yellow one But my housemates said yellow was too loud

How much did you pay if you dont mind me asking? I'm not convinced the R is worth the extra money

£5750 on an X plate with 38k, full SEAT service history, 10 months MOT, 8 months TAX, and a siemens bluetooth handsfree kit.

Not sure how much the R's go for, but for the sake of £500 (chip of some sort) you'd get more BHP than a R. Can't remember what extra's the R has over the normal Cupra.

Yeah limited number went into production I think. Could be hard finding one, was hard enough finding a normal Cupra.

- Climate control and Air con
- Switchable traction control
- Electric mirrors and windows
- Half leather
- 6 disc CD changer in the boot
- Discs all round
- Remote Central Locking
- Rear seats aren't a bench either like in the corsa, they are almost 2 normal seats, like mini buckets or something.

Think thats it.
