I have some stuffing balls left over - may knock up some nice gravy & cranberry sauce and see if I can't make a couple of grand on ebay.

Read in the paper again today that another unwanted Xmas brussel sprout went for £91 on eBay, and the guy paid up! He bought it as an engagment present for his girlfriend
They also listen a dozen or so other Xmas meal items available on eBay. Sad people!
