kent cams with vernier pully's and yes, it was worth it

i have used both kent and piper cams both with verniers fitted to give good results.

vernier pulleys are a must as you could be throwing power away.

mates garage is doing all the head work an labour am jus getting the parts got a quiote of £165 for reprofiled cams

couldnt tell you now mate, price lists are in office at workshop. will post a price up for a pair of vernier pulleys for a 2.0 XE in morning when i check emails.
