hey...

I have some sparco evo buckets waiting to go into my car but have a question.

I am going to get these fixed side mounting brackets ... http://www.sparcousa.com/pseats_acc.asp?id=153

Will it be ok just to bolt these to my floorpan and bolt the seats to these? ... the seats are sidemounted as well

providing the floor is level in a 206, it should be fine, but i had a mare of a time trying to bodge the sidemounts into the corsa, as one of the corners mounts about an inch lower, so i gave up

might need to put a plate on the underside of the car to stop the bolt pulling through

yeah the floorpan is level which is a bonus

... might just bolt them on for now and look to put a plate under fairly soon

some big washers would do for now, just to sprread the load a bit

I take it then that the load will be far greater than the normal seats and subframes that I have now?! ... wil have to look more into reinforcing it then because bolts pulling through would be a nightmare
