Don't go a drive about if you are trying to get a satellite fix.
Go and sit still somwhere in the open.

i got a road angel for xmas, its brilliant!
Actually slowed my driving in missus car down as looking at the clocks says about 80mph for instance and the gps says 74 mph, so i try stick the gps at 70 mph!
Goes crazy at cameras, blackspots, and school areas

Yeh they were the first to go, along with the 'Overspeed warning' which came on over 100 mph oops
I usually drive to the gps speed, it's interesting to know how out speedo's get.

One of my mates has always said though that he never got caught speeding untill he got a snooper thing because whn he got it he stopped looking out himself, if that makes sense!

v.similar to me, Road Angel 2 was new, supposedly detected laser and all sorts - Read the diagrams in the book, about police cars following you and checking your speed - you'd know about it... Felt almost invincible Soon learnt my lesson.
Regardless though, it's good to have if used sensibly. You don't have to speed just because you have one. I drive sensibly with mine now, and usually only use it when going on drives to places I've never been - just so I don't get confused, think it's a 40 when its a 30, and come round a corner and get flashed by a camera I didn't see.
