Has anybody have any trouble installing the updates for the RA Compact? I got one of these things for christmas, installed all the software and usb cable etc. However, everytime i click on synchronise, i get a "Error 0" message. I have tried the website but that is complete and utter crap.
Can anyone else shed any ideas?

have you registered it online on their website yet?

I had to do that with mine before I could update it. Register the number on the back of it with your name etc.
