Was walking through works car park there the now and heard 'BANG SMASH'
Car delivering chinki came down and tried to stop, black ice he swerved and smashed right into the pole for the security gates... Some mess, bonnet, wing,bumper,lights,grill was a older cavalier with a few mods, gsi front etc.. One gate is fecked, all bent and won't shut and signs all hanging off etc.....
Driver and his son ok, just as well the boy had his belt on....
wee bit excitement for tonight....
guy looked gutted though  felt a bit sorry for him...,.was pure ice though...

he never blamed anything except road conditions, really is like a skating rink
If he had hit the bigger gate instead of the pole would have been better as it would have opened but with him swerving he hit the steel reinforced pole...

There was a crash in tesco earlier on this afternoon... nothing to do with snow or ice...
But an old fiesta was parked infront of a brand new Bora... the lad in the fiesta must have only recently passed his test as he reversed into the Bora instead of going forward 
Was pretty funny, but the tow bar on the fiesta had made a massive dint in the Bora's front bumper....
Wat really pissed me off is the fact that the lads just drove off after their little inspection laughing...
im sure they wouldnt like it if they had it done to them

I had a close call yesterday. Tight bend, slowed right down and turned in earlier than normal due to the wet and icy road and the car just started going sideways towards the kerb. Was like de-ja-vu from when i slid in the ice and hit kerb last year just after buying the Vectra but this time it gripped just before it hit kerb and straightened out... When this car hits ice, it's away.

A mate of mine did a hit and run i wasnt impressed so went back later to see if the car was there and left his licence details etc

Twas a grey feista that drove into my car the other week and killed it  He drove off Im still hunting the fucker and the police cant be bothered to do anything
