yes, it will cost a fortune to have done right as there are extra bits of strength put into the roof to take the weight. if you didnt want one that opened backwards, it could be done.
alternatively, sell the car and buy one with one already there

Fitting a sunroof by cutting a hole in the roof might actually make your car worth less. If you really really want one I would find a car with one. The factory spec stuff really is in a different league to aftermarket stuff.
