apparently its 1hr 20mins longer than the original but they havent added any extra script 2 it? wtf is that all about, plus how the hell does the monkey get bk 2 new york?

It is pretty good, but long winded as said. Kong fight scenes are cool, but i was also intregued how they got the big mofo back to new york. I feel they should release another one called, king kong - this is how they got him back

peter jackson thought about how to show it gettin back bu it would cause more hassle than its worth wiht people saying u culdnt do that etc etc.
and the film was a remake not of the old not a new interpretation.
