fitted my v6 brakes with black diamond grooved/drilled discs now braking is all ok unless u are hard braking from about 70mph and above, i get alot of judder from pedal and steering wheel

do u think its warped discs as they look fine and sit fine etc, one thing i have noticed is on outer edge of disc there is marks of black, and i painted the inside of calipers black so wondering if discs are to big but why does it only do it at higher speeds

any idea's b4 i remove front wheels any else had similar prob

also i thinking b4 i buy discs i may file/drill caliper holes out so i can move caliper towards rim bit more.

Disc judder usually only happens at higher speeds unless they are really warped, you cant really tell they are by just looking though.

yeh its not to bad it when u go high speeds like 70mph, 45-50 and below is ok really pedla feels fine so they must just be warped slightly

if they are new disks, remember they need bedding in before they are super fantastic.

also if they wernt bedded in properly, then there can be high spots of brake pad compound on the discs which lead to an effect similar to warped discs! could skim them again?

If all the bits are new, check that the drill holes are chamffered, as this could be making the disc sit oddly,
Then clean off the disc with some brake cleaner, cellulose thinner or similar to remove and ocmtamination as these will cause a judder. Then if all else fail put the old set up back on and see if it stops the porblem, if it's still there then think about tie bar bushes.
