Yeah there's so many items going 'cheap' on eBay from China. It's all a con. They won't accept PayPal (and hence you're not covered) as they give some crap that they can't use it. Plus the feedback always looks dodgy (like all items that cost 10p etc)...
If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!

true!
girlfriend has been looking for a tablet pc or cheap laptop, and most are all listed in China, again, no paypal...
Feedback left to them says "Wife loves her new Slippers, thankyou!"
BUT the description for the item is...
"???????????????SAMSUNG????????????????IDE???????????????DDR??????????????"
all a con, and really pissing me off as there are getting more & more its harder to find the 'real' items!

Its not to do with being ntsc and pal.
Not hard to find a tv that will display ntsc.
The games are region coded just like dvd's.
So if you buy a chinese one you'll have to buy chinese games, uk ones won't work.
Any game thats out for it atm has been rushed for launch anyway.
I'd wait till the 1st price drop.

definatly, and ebay are making a killing too, which is why they're not too bothered on putting a stop to it.
