as im putting a 20xev in after xmas,can i use corsa gsi shafts?n summit about cav inner joints or summit?

f18 hydrualic,but im gna use the f20 for the meanwhile out of a astra gte,til i can aford f28 6 speed

pretty sure mine were £29 each, but came with a 10 quid surcharge for the old units, of which i didnt have any, so stuffed the corsa inners in the box and took em back for me 20 quid.

dont try this at home kids

Didnt realise you could do that!!! That would have saved me a fortune a few years back!

Are you running them Muppetsport? I managed to snap the tapered shafts with just 210bhp!

yea seems alot of peeps didnt no that,so in all how much do u reckon it cost?n does it hav 2 b gsi or wud a sport 1.6 16v wrk aswell

i knew years and years ago you could do it with the nova gsi shafts, didnt know about the corsa ones till a couple of years ago.

I used MAN transmission shafts in mine, proper good bit of kit but cost a fookin fortune!!!!

yes, but they are essentially the same engines. i am pretty sure that the driveshafts are identical
