got 1st letter through about 6 weeks ago got actual fine etc
through this morning

bang goes my clean licence for 13 years...

can anyone else see mav writing a letter to santa asking for a road angel, snooper etc

But unlucky mav, your probably the safest driver about what with the accident and that!

got the 1st letter through asking who was driving, to be sent back within 28 days.
Then got the next letter saying ok was me fill in my details reply within 28 days
then this letter with how to pay etc.... pay within 28 days.

unlucky 13

could have been worse though........

might do......

yeah was safe road, sunday morning etc etc, 85 is nothing on a dual carraigeway thats a 70....

but oh well..

its a stupid law, almost every car can do 70mph with ease and stop twice as quick as 20yrs ago

What was it that caught you? A camera van or a fixed camera? Cant have been a policeman with a handheld gun as they stop you and do you on the spot. Thing is aswell if it had been a policeman in a traffic car you probably would of just been stopped, told to slow down a bit and sent on your way.

Fixed cameras and camera vans dont take road conditions into account, they'll do you whatever

Same happened to me a couple years ago. Sunday mornign bout 5 clock, bright, dry roads, roads empty. Temp 40 at road works i got done for doing 54 i think shouldnt be to long till they are off tho

was a cameravan

yeah years ago maybe 70 was a good limit but modern cars are so much safer and better..

needs to be 80 limit on motorway/dual carriageways i think...
