What does the car drive like... at speed, through corners. I've had enough people tell me to just remove it for the 20xe conversion

drivers better. mine wasnt fitted

with the extra weight over front wheels, the arb keeps the chasis more rigid, hence, cornering a t speeds it under steers.

remove it and it gives a bit more body roll back, so instead of sliding out, it rolls more and tries to keep wheels on ground

kinda

me me me

took it off put it back on took it off again 3 times in fact.... much better turn in without it...

it does affect the ride quaility though... car is a little harsher.... i'm running a whiteline rear arb...

dont get me wrong ARB's are a good thing but not on corsa's... they are designed to take old dears to the shops not pelt around backroads...

take it off and try it... only takes 10 mins

I run with out,
And evrry corsa I have done is without.
It stops the car trying to lift the inside fortn wheel when cornering by adding force to the outside wheel hence prmoting understeer. If you use stiff sus then there's no point it will pick up th einside wheel more easily and you'll just loose traction.
Save a few kgs too.

Oh forgot to add, if you want to lower anything, then lower the tie bar point, as this will increase the +ve ness of the castor helping turn in lots, and it's a good excuse to polybush the tie bars too.

It's better to lower the tie bar mounting point by putting somew 1" thick alloy plate under and use longer bolts (head stud bolts)
Impreoves turn in and reduces "dive" under braking.

They fit back on with spacer blocks - they are there for a reason.
