So thats wot they sound like, just need to go in one now to turn me to turbo power.

They sound miles nicer than TB's.

Not heard the 1600 TB's but I've heard a 2ltr TB in a westfield type kit car and turbo sounded nicer.

i like the noise of a turbo, but the nois eof tb's is alot different and IMO, rarer!

if its flat out in 4th i think there good for about 115, 5th is capable of about 140ish, then theres 6th, lol.

u also heard that maroon corsa b 2.0 that was throttle boddies stu's old one, should of come out in my old corsa c turbo they are immense mine sounded really nice used to pop loads when gearing down turbos IMO sound nicer that TB's my old one did anyway hearing the turbo winding up sounded really sweet, i miss 300 bhp

Yeah start booting it in third. Wasn't on top boost as after lots of tonkage the clutch can strat to slip.. which isn't good!

Think just before had set the shift light on the dash to 5500, also to give the clutch a bit of a break, so wsn't really revving it much past that! Reckon it got to about 6k in third at most...

That was the bottom floor of a 2 high bridge, so it was dryest road I could find!

Can anybody host me another vid, its mr ushers TB's astra on the same bit of road... so you can compare the 2 sounds then

Have to say though I've never heard another TB'd car sound as raw as his...
