Due to getting my new workshop, i am going to start doing corsa 2L conversions, to fund my nova turbo

I have now converted 4 corsa gsi's to xe's.

I have not got a final price yet, but to convert a gsi inc labour and all the conversion parts exept the engine you would be looking at about £1000.

I can supply engines but i cannot put a gauranty on them, so i would prefer if the engine was supplyed by the customer.

I can complete the conversions over a long weekend. Friday - monday for example.

Prices will vary slightly on different models.

For the money you will get a complete 2L corsa, the exhaust will be adapted to fit, and brakes upgraded. The gearlinkage is fitted with a short shift linkage. I can also do other work such as lowering the car at the same time.

Please feel free to ask questions, i can can supply pictures of previous conversions ive done.

Craig

Price list -
Corsa GSI 2L 16v - £1100
Corsa 1.4 16v - £1100 (plus the price of corsa gsi driveshafts)
corsa 1.2,1.4 8v - £981 (plus the price of corsa gsi driveshafts)
corsa 1L 12v - £1046 (plus the price of corsa gsi driveshafts)

This is the basic price, for all models exept the gsi, i will need a paor of gsi driveshafts. If you would rather use motor sport driveshafts, these can be supplyed and there are 3 options.

1- Astra GTE driveshafts/cv joints and big hubs (hubs £55)
2- LMF tapperd driveshafts with astra big inner cv joints (shafts £244)
3- Motorsport shafts and big hubs, astra big inner and outer shafts (£366)

Here is a break down of all the costs.

Engine mounts - £125
Pas Mount - £60
Cv joints - £85
Quickshift - £69
Lower tie bar mounts - £32.75
Exhaust (modified by powerflow) - £100
Power cap plate - £35

I dont make any money on the parts, this is what i will buy them at.

I have been thinking, and may offer a collection service. All costs will have to be covered.

Basically if anyone is seriously interested then pm me and we can discuss the ins and outs.

All conversions will have to be booked in atleast a month in advance, so i can source all the parts.

Well that includes all parts, and a quickshift.

When you compare that to the £3500 regal etc charge its not to bad.

The price includes labout for two people, if i charge any less then i could do 2 days over time at work and earn more.

The labour bill is £600, we also arrange for all the parts to be delivered and collected, which involves alot of running around.

I think its a reasonable price m8, seems to be the going rate for a decent conversion and not done at side of road with a tree to get engine out
