No, on the contrary, improved.
In fact, getting on for perfected.

That grey one isn't original anyway.

1) Black ford badge

2) Aftermarket tail light clusters

3) Aftermarket exhaust

4) It's been lowered

Anyway, original/standard cars are poop on toast with a side order of sh*te and a big steaming bowl of crap for afters.

Also, it shouldn't have needed restoring. Mine looks lovely when polished and it's the same age as that one and it's covered more miles and it's never been restored.

If looked after, one of those should stay looking like that anyway; (especially the grey as it's easier to look after) as they are predominantly made of plastic.
That one must have been abused prior to that.

Grey is quite nice on a series 2 Orion hatchback XR3i turbo, especially compared to red or white, but black is the prerequisite for optimum coolness and ominous levels.

Black and one owner is better.

Black, one owner and outputting more than double the power and torque it did when it left the factory is almost unsurpassable.

Oh, BTW, the insured value on mine is 10K. I would never sell it though, even if I was offered that or more, as she's cost me more than that already and will continue to do so unfortunately.

Lovely - shame it's not a one owner

That's the sort of car you'd expect the first owner to keep indefinitely.
