it gives info on a xbox the clearly states that the auction is not for a xbox, but for the picture, so i dont think theres any misleading as such

all its showing you is its important to read all the small print on ebay.
i always read everything several times through just incase.
more fool the person paying than the person selling as they state in the add what the auction is for. not their fault some people cant read is it.
