What are Corsa Sport or SRI's like for a driver with no ncb under 21?

i have a 93L corsa sri nand i am 21 with 0 ncb and i am payin about £700 a year with CIS

i pay 1000 tpft for t reg 1.4 16v sport with elephant.co.uk (which is same company as admiral.com), 18 with no ncb living in nice area of north wales (low risk area)

i was paying 1200 Fully comp with all mods declared on a 1.4 16v Sport inlcuding engine mods and i also had track day cover with HIC

to insure my 1.6 all mods declared with no NCB and been driving for a year is silly money, about £2300

this is why my mother has me on her policy

(i know, i know, i'll regret it in the long run etc etc..... blah blah)

but, if i had 2 years NCB, like i would have if i'd passed when i was 17, it would be around 1300 quid iirc

not too bad, but.... car is parked on drive, and i have unlimited mileage on it too, and thats with all the mods declared remember....

tesco said they couldnt insure me til i was 21 as the car had aftermarket wheels FFS

My address is a B rate too rob, but so was my old address and its come down at least 100 since I moved and it was garaged at the old house, only on the drive now.

I just turned 17 an payin 1396 for my 1.2 8v p-reg. Thats 3rd party with it in a locked and alarmed garage!!! Best i got tho i had quotes up to 3500!! 3 times cost of the car
