she asked him a question and his reply he wanta a tracking number before he sends the postal order.

but dusnt that mean you hav to send the item to get the number and then meaning he cud get the hpone for nowt as there a chance he wudnt send the postal order?

I thought an official postal-order couldn't be fraudulently used, since it's paid for by the sender, in cash?

lol wel if he wants a tracking number first that meens yes you would have to send the item to obtain a tracking number, which meens once he knows the item is coming he will lie say hes sent the postal order and he will never send it,

please reply to him and call him a cock as he deserves it or better yet give us his email address on here and we can spam him for being scum.

its simple lol you never send an item without payment first, specially to nigeria
