Reversed out of a car parking space, stopped to put car into first to go and the woman opposite me just reversed without looking
So we both got out, she admitted fault, i took car to garage and shes meeting me up there Tuesday to pay £250 for the repairs, just means im without a car for a couple of days
Will go get pics now
Should i be worried? She doesnt want me to go behind her back and claim on insurance but it made me feel like she is dodgy because she refused to go through insurance, or even give her details.
Yet she has given me everything else and agreed to pay for all the repairs
Do you think she is just paranoid about her no claims? Or perhaps she has no insurance
pics -

If she is willing to pay outside of going through insurance then do it that way.
Even if its not your fault, you have been in an accident which will affect your premium
Also, dealing with a claim was one of the most streeful things I have had to do. I'm sure Jambo on here feels the same

Ok, i will just be grateful that shes admitted fault and agreed to pay for the work.
I did call the police after the accident so i suppose if it does go bad i have that, and the fact it was in the Tescos car park near the entrance so hopefully there might be some CCTV
Think im thinking abit too far thou Glad im ok, my car looks abit rough thou
