the computer should detect the phone being connected. go to my computer and see if it is there. if so just drag and drop

i got a D500, i use an infra-red cable, old skool! i just right click on the file i want to send, and select "send to a nearby computer" the phone beeps and says accept file, i say yes, job done

Yes, get a blue tooth adapter from your phone shop, think you can get them from pc world and places like that aswell..

Then connect it up, turn your blue tooth on on your phone, aswell as your computer then send the file to your phone
