The wheels scrub on the arches. only occasionally though.

yes think so.....

something about safety...But they would have to know they scrape, are the tyres all marked from scrapping?

oh great, mine has marks on all four tyres from scrubbing, looks like i will have to put some standerd wheels on or something

my front near side catches the back of the arch every so often. I use a friendly MOT place and he said it was a warning.

AHA, Mark, I didnt think of that. Ill put some 13" steelies on nice one

Mine got through with some major scrub marks on one of the tyre walls!

ahhh they're quite leniant on this the old boy my way chuckles when he see's how low mine is and jus puts it down as arch runs close to tyre or something not a fail just notes it

i think that they spin the wheels and stuff like that if the wheel touches the bodywork whilst it is having the MOT done then they will fail. but marks on the tyre could be from anything (kerbs)

Yeah mine wouldn't touch if thats the case. They only touch the arches if someones in the back or I hit a big bump in the road

mine only srub if you have people in the back or if you go over a bump too fast

when i had my first corsa, i had lots of marks from where the wheel were scrubbing...... still passed
