we havent played that well this season... and iirc we are have drawn the most games in the prem since it started....

I have no idea what Dowie was trying to do but it didnt work. 2-0 didn't reflect the ease at which we won. If we had more luck it could well have been 4 or 5 to us.

glenn hoddle is a tosspot. we usualy have a very good attacking system, a left back who goes forward, and a right winger who can run fast, cross well, dance past people, but no.. he plays anderton on right wing, he can cross well, but cant run ANYWHERE cos hes so fukin decrepid, and all the play they try and use the useless cunt, who is far from his glory days as a winger. then he brings soel onn for 20 mins, and every attack is on the left wing then, when soel would have took apart there defence, fukin wasted an hour and half of my life watching that shite

We went there for a win, our bench showed this with 3 strikers sitting there. However when you defend that badly, go 2-0 down then take off a midfielder and a defender for 2 strikers, you have no-one able to give the strikers the ball and less defenders to stop you from scoring. One palace fan that went there said it was the worst performance he has seen in 20 years of watching them. Totally outplayed, just didnt have an answer. If we had scored straight after you got the first, it would have been a different story but morrison hit the post and you cleared the follow up of the line. Bottom line is, we cant play like that and expect to win promotion.
