2 Questions: Ive recently got 2, 25cm alpine speakers off a mate, there not subs they are just like comps but larger,on the back it says.. 400wmax and 100w nom;does this mean that they are 100w rms,??
Next quetion is, im goin to make boxes for them and i would like to know rough dimensions to house these in a box.
ps i am goin to connect these through an amp hence question 1.

yes, 100W rms, probably best emailing alpine customer support with the question on box sizes

the 100w nom is short for nominal, ie the amount of power you should run them at normally. RMS is 0.707 of peak power, ie 280W.
