Does anybody suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)?

Just read ally's reply in another thread and thought id ask if anyone suffers from this and what you do to combat it

They say CCA that getting one of them very bright lights that are like sunlight work. They are very expensive though, but i am sure you can get them cheaper. I just decked my room in fairy lights and seaside posters. http://www.britebox.co.uk/?gclid=CJe0gd_HyYECFSBUEgodqwIUiw

Katie there is a much better option, we changed the majority of lightbulbs in my house to daylight bulbs, they are blue in colour and much brighter but you get used to them in time and they help alot
