Well seeing as i havent posted any pics of my project chevette in here i thought i would to show you guys the progress of my car since i bought her at christmas.

Here are a few pics of what she was like when i picked her up at christmas.

Then after sitting around for a few months (about 7) doing nothing i started work on her took all of 2 hours to have to hole fornt end of the car stripped down. Pics are with 2 new front wings.

Then i set about rebuilding it all firstly i got the new engine in and resting on the cross member and an axle stand where it has been sat for a few months until yesturday when i finally got all the parts i needed to properly mounted and she is sitting nicely in the bay with just a gearbox mount to fabricate. (sorry dont have any pics of this yet but will get some this week)

I then set about rebuilding the whole front suspension with polybushes spax front shocks -100mm springs (not sure how thats gonna work but will find out soon) Astra gte front calipers and discs.

Then the wheels went back on i got my 13in alloys to fit over the brakes was very chuffed with that

Pic of her on the ground with - 100mm springs and no engine in

Got the engine and gearbox mounted and put the front on the ground for the first time and its nice and low

5 inchs clearance on the crossmember

the new engine looking rather nice in the engine bay
