I used parcel2go on wednesday.
Well, when i say used I mean I ordered online for them to pick something up on wed, they didn't come.
Phoned them on thursday to enquire why not, i was told they didn't have my order on the system although they have kindly taken the money from my account.
Asked the woman how i was supposed to know they wouldn't come and she told me I wasn't.
Couldn't give me a refund over the phone so I emailed, no response as of yet.
I done a search on here and found http://www.interparcel.com
Ordered it through parcelforce about 10am and they picked it up at 4pm that day.
Arrived 10.15 at destination.
Brilliant service.
Maybe try them.
